The apartment is in the beautiful area of Los Claveles on Montana Roja – a very quiet community 15minutes walk from Playa Blanca centre. A well proportioned apartment comes with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, separate double bedroom and large bathroom with shower. The terrace area has the functionality of an enclosed washing machine and ample space to unwind and relax. 

The view from the apartment and terrace is exquisite, sea view in one direction and motana Roja in the opposite. While the apartment doesn’t have a private pool, there is access to a large community pool 30second walk away. 

The apartment has gated access, on-street parking, smart tv and free wifi. It is 2minutes away from a lovely restaurant and bar, alternatively it is a quick 10/15minute walk to the waterfront or town centre to enjoy a plethora of options. 

Weekly cost is based on 2 people and includes exclusive use of the apartment, terrace, bed linen, bath/hand towels, pool towels and welcome pack on arrival.
